Meeting a Need
Established by leaders of Bermuda's insurance industry in 1996, BFIS is tasked with ensuring that Bermudian students are provided with opportunities to attain the education and training necessary for careers in Bermuda's insurance industry.
This is being achieved through scholarships, mentoring, internships and career guidance.

HSBC Student Recruitment Roadshow
HSBC representatives from Human Resources and the Graduate Development Programme have started their annual Student Recruitment Roadshow. The next stop is on February 3rd, HSBC will host a student dinner in London, Ontario, home of the University of Western Ontario. Interviews will take place on February 3rd and 4th. The third stop is Toronto, with a student networking event in the afternoon on February 5th, and student interviews on February 5th & 6th. (The first stop was in Halifax, Nova Scotia was held Jan 20-23).
The final stop is tentatively scheduled to be in London, England at the end of February – stay tuned for more details.
