Congratulations 2011 Scholars

On Friday July 15, 2011, exactly 15 years since the Bermuda Foundation For Insurance Studies was established, eight more students became BFIS Scholars, joining the 101 students who have already benefited from educational funding from the Foundation. To date 78 BFIS scholars have graduated and are working in the insurance sector, the majority in Bermuda, but a number have accepted the opportunity to work overseas in New York, Halifax, Virginia, London, Sao Paulo and Singapore.

Shown here are six of the new scholars: Alex Brown, Nikki-Lynn Marshall, Meredith Head (BFIS Trustee), Michael Fisher (BFIS Chairman), Andrew Fubler, Juliette Ferrari-McComb, Eden Smith and Emily Potts. (Missing) Eoin McMahon and Devin Page.
