Hiscox Bermuda Graduate Programme

Hiscox Bermuda is in its second year of running this two year programme designed to give graduates immediate hands on experience, gaining on the job training from highly respected professionals.

“The Bermuda programme, designed in line with the UK scheme which has been in existence for many years, is structured to help you understand how our company operates from a range of different perspectives – and to gain an insight into the way we work and the skills we value – teamwork, innovation and creativity, commercial acumen and customer service.

You will spend an initial period in our Bermuda office, before moving on to the international graduate programme where you will join other graduates and be based in one of our UK offices, depending on which area of the business you join. Via secondments within the UK, Europe and US, you’ll have the chance to develop an in-depth knowledge of Hiscox, work on challenging projects and study towards a professional qualification.

After completing the programme, you will bring your newfound expertise back to the Bermuda office where you will progress your career.”
